Membership Overview

Becoming a Mid-Am Racing Series member allows you to compete for points, awards, and recognition throughout the season while supporting the operations that make the series possible.

Membership helps cover the behind-the-scenes costs of operating the series, including insurance, officiating, scoring, administration, communication, and technical support.

Annual Membership

$75 – Early Registration (before April 1)
$125 – Late Registration (on or after April 1)

Temporary Membership

$19 – For a single race
$37 – For two races
- Cannot be credited toward an Annual Membership

If paying by mail, complete this registration first. Mailing instructions will be provided at the end of the application.

Before You Begin

Please complete the following before continuing:

Download, print, and complete the required forms.
Every applicant must submit a signed Membership Application (W-9).
Applicants under 18 must also submit the required parental consent forms.
Membership is not active until payment and all required paperwork have been received.

You may upload your completed forms now or bring them to the track on race day.

Important Notes

All forms must be fully completed and legible to be accepted.
Print all forms in color. Do not fold notarized forms.
If the parent or legal guardian will not be present at the event, the required minor forms must be notarized.
If only one parent or legal guardian is signing, they must have the legal authority to do so.
Please retain a copy of all completed paperwork for your records.

Early Registration Deadline

To receive the Early Registration rate, mailed applications and payments must be postmarked before April 1.

Membership is required to compete in any Mid-Am Racing Series event.
Membership does not guarantee entry into any specific event.
Memberships are non-transferable and non refundable
Race entry fees are not included
