Madison Updates

The list continues to grow! This season has been epic in regards to car count, action, and talent. We cannot thank Wilkins Rebuilders Supply Co enough! A 25-lap shootout this Friday at Madison International Speedway will be no different! A tight battle with our rookies Clay Curts, Timmy Spatz, and John Ventrello! A points battle among our veterans Ron Vandermeir Jr., Steve Blair, and Andrew Meyerhofer is brewing after our first dirt race of the season at Sycamore Speedway!

See the Big 8 Series in action as well running 48 laps. Dale Nottestad, Jerry Mueller, William Rece, and Stephen Scheel continue to battle for the title with Casey Johnson picking up the most recent win at State Park Speedway

Also, please come out and see the next generation of racers! The High School Racing Association will be making its third appearance of the season as they compete for state-wide points. This year Blaise Watters, Elliott Hawkins, and Mitchell Berg have gone home with checkered flags.

In addition to all of the action on Friday, a variety of great-looking cars will race in the Upper Midwest Vintage Racing Series. Many of these vehicles are tribute cars that veteran fans should have no trouble identifying.

If this was not enough it will also be Racers’ Reunion Night with former drivers at MIS, Impact, and Capital Speedway being recognized before the races. Former drivers should RSVP to to receive free admission.
