MID-AM RACING SERIES

Membership

Annual Membership Fee ($75Early / $125Late)
 
Your membership is what keeps the series alive. It contributes towards the behind-the-scenes costs to operate the tour — things like insurance, officials, scoring, and communication. 

​What it is:

  • A one-time yearly fee that makes you an official Mid-Am Racing Series member.

  • Required if you want to:

  • Earn points toward championships

  • Be eligible for end-of-year awards

  • Access driver resources and series communications

  • Helps cover series-wide costs (insurance, administration, tech, staffing, points tracking, website, etc.) — things that benefit all drivers, not just one race.

  • Race registration is not included, except with a Temp membership.

2025 unpaid memberships:

If you raced in past seasons but never paid your membership, you must clear your balance to return in 2026. This option allows you to settle your outstanding dues and be eligible to compete again.
Covers only the unpaid prior balance. You’ll still need to select a 2026 membership option below.

Membership Paperwork Options:

1.  Offline Forms:

  • ​Paper IRS W-9 Form

  • Payment for Membership:

    • Include a check or money order for your membership payment.

    • Please ensure the payment is made out to Mid-Am Racing Series and is the correct amount for your membership.

    • Do not send cash.

  • Complete and include this supplemental checklist provided

  • Complete the PARENTAL CONSENT, RELEASE, AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT and MINOR’S ASSUMPTION OF RISK form if applicable.

    • The form MUST be printed in color.

    • This form must NOT be folded.

    • Both parents must sign Page one is for the parent to complete (print a second copy of page one for the second parent).

    • Page two is for the minor to complete.

    • All pages of the form MUST be notarized.​ If both parents are not present to sign in front of Cheryl or Tim

  • Any items not completed or missing will be considered incomplete.

  • If you prefer to submit your registration via paper form, you must include the following documents:

  • Temporary Members are not eligible for bonuses, contingency awards, or heat/qualifying payout

  • Temporary Membership cannot be credited toward an Annual Membership. If a driver upgrades later, they must pay the full Annual Membership fee


Release & Waiver of Liability

“I understand that auto racing is an inherently dangerous sport and by participating I assume all risks of injury, death, or property damage. In consideration of being permitted to participate in events sanctioned by the Mid-Am Racing Series, I, for myself and my team, hereby release, waive, and discharge Mid-Am Racing Series, POWAR, affiliated tracks, officials, sponsors, and staff from any and all liability for any claim, loss, damage, or injury arising from participation — including but not limited to injury, death, property damage, loss of earnings, loss of points, disqualification, officiating decisions, or any other consequential or incidental damages.

I further agree that I will not initiate or maintain any claim, lawsuit, or action against the parties released herein. I accept full responsibility for my participation and the actions of my team and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mid-Am Racing Series and its affiliates from any claims arising out of our conduct.”
