The 2026 season just got even bigger.
We’re excited to officially announce the final two additions to the 2026 Mid-Am Racing Series schedule — and they’re not just dates on a calendar. These are cornerstone events that elevate an already stacked season for drivers, teams, partners, and fans.
Two iconic venues. Two major race weekends. Two opportunities that define what Mid-Am continues to build.
July 11, 2026 – Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park
Mid-Am will race on Saturday, July 11, at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, as part of a massive night of racing alongside the Champion Racing Association and the Vores Compact Touring Series, powered by Mercer County Electric.
Competing at a facility with this level of history and prestige — alongside nationally recognized touring series — creates a special opportunity for Mid-Am competitors. This event places our drivers and teams on a stage that matters, offering increased exposure, elevated competition, and a race-night atmosphere few short tracks can match.
September 19, 2026 – Bettenhausen Memorial Weekend at Grundy County Speedway
Mid-Am will return to Grundy County Speedway on Saturday, September 19, as part of the legendary Bettenhausen Memorial Weekend.
This is one of the most respected weekends in Midwest short-track racing, featuring top-tier competition alongside the Midwest Tour and the Big 8 Series.
The Bettenhausen Memorial represents tradition, competition, and respect. Being part of this weekend is an honor, and it reinforces Mid-Am’s commitment to racing at events that matter — events with history, meaning, and significance across the region.
